  • U.S. Digital Response connects experienced, pro-bono technologists with local government and non-profit organizations responding to crisis, to quickly deliver critical services and infrastructure that support the needs of the public.
  • Helped identify, staff, and execute new projects that could deliver solutions to government partners faster and more efficiently. Projects include redesigning a mental health and substance use recovery site to handle increased demand, and developing training materials to support a state-level vaccine rollout.

  • Served as director of Experience Design and interim head of Marketing and Business & Functional Analysis practice lines, in addition to consulting full-time on client projects

  • Developed a comprehensive user research plan to evaluate and innovate on ways to better serve SCCA’s patient and employee populations
  • Employed a combination of both qualitative and quantitative methods (patient interviews, surveys, usability testing, brainstorming sessions, bench marking studies) to evaluate cancer patients’ satisfaction with existing mobile apps, discover latent information and health management needs and influence EHR software integration
